Priority Support Request System |

Due to the overwhelming amount of support requests we receive, we've decided to implement our Priority Support Request ticket system. This basically means that by making a small "donation" (below), all of your support request will be pushed ahead of the free requests. In addition, we guarantee a prompt response to any Priority Support Request tickets. Free tickets now take a back seat to any Priority Support Request, and in fact, many of the free tickets will go unanswered simply due to volume and lack of staff. So if you've got an urgent request, or will have a need for urgent requests in the future, and want to cover your bases, feel free to sign up right now. Each support request costs
$0.50
(usd) (However, the transaction fee alone makes $0.50 only $0.19 to me, so the tickets are sold in sets, starting at 5 tickets). All subsequent replies between you and tech support staff members only counts as one request.
If at anytime you run out of tickets, simply come back to this form and re-purchase as many tickets as you want. As long as you enter the same E-Mail Address, they will be added on to your existing amount if tickets.
Please enter your E-Mail Address and select how many tickets you would like to purchase. Be careful in choosing which E-Mail address to enter -- this is the only one the support system will automatically filter out as having Priority Support, so be sure this is the address that appears in your 'from' header when you send an e-mail. Don't worry though; if you happen to make a mistake, simply let us know about it and we'll work it all out. All Transactions are handled through PayPal, so don't worry about having to give us any personal information -- all we want is your E-Mail address (which, by the way, will never be sold or given anyway to any third parties under any circumstances).
All support requests should still be sent to ticket@ledscripts.com, our back end system will automatically filter out which requests receive priority and which ones don't (based on 'from' address, as mentioned above). If at any time you experience any problems, feel free to e-mail bugs@ledscripts.com, which will go directly to a supports staff member. Note: Any requests sent to this address that should be sent to ticket@ledscripts.com will be ignored.
